Salt

For Toppings

Hummus
Chopped cherry tomatoes
Chopped black olives
Some recent coriander/mint leaves
Cream cheese
Chopped boiled beetroot
Chopped vibrant bell peppers
Some sesame seeds(til)
Some chilli flakes
Some roasted cumin seeds(jeera) powder
Salt(to sprinkle)

Methodology

*Take a chopper/mixer jar, add 1 cup chickpeas, one chopped onion, chopped garlic cloves, finely chopped recent inexperienced chillies, salt, crushed black pepper, roasted cumin seeds powder, coriander powder and grind the combination coarsely.
*To this, add recent coriander and grind once more to a rough consistency. Switch the combination to a bowl.
*To make bread, combine ½ cup gram flour (or maida), baking soda, oil, water, and relaxation the combination for 10-15 minutes.
*Pre-heat oven for 10 minutes at 190°.

*Flip the bread on the cooling rack and take away baking paper.
*To prepare dinner on range, take a plate, place baking paper on it and make a small thick layer of the combination.
*Warmth up the pan and hold it on a sluggish flame for 5 minutes.
*Brush a drop of oil on pan, and place the falafal base on it holding the baking paper aspect up.
*Take away the baking paper slowly, cowl the lid and prepare dinner it on sluggish flame.
